How do I purchase a DFO Gift Card?

DFO Gift Cards can be purchased at each of our centres or online.

Visit our Customer Service Desk to purchase your Gift Cards in centre.
There is a maximum card value of $1,000.00 and the minimum is $10.00
An administration fee of $2.95 per card applies.
All Australian major credit cards are accepted as payment, fees apply for American Express and Union Pay.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be used at any store in-centre which accepts EFTPOS, at participating Vicinity Centres including DFO Brisbane, Essendon, Homebush, Moorabbin, Perth and South Wharf centres. Acceptance of the Gift Card is at the discretion of the individual store. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

If you need to locate or have found a lost item, kindly contact our Customer Service Staff on (03) 9937 7222 or stop by our Customer Service Desk located at the main entrance during trading hours (10am-6pm).

Car parking at DFO Essendon is free with ample ground level parking. Gates to the carpark zone close to the Centre’s main entrance opens at 9.50am and closes at 7pm daily.

For a hands-free shopping experience, luggage lockers are available for hire. The lockers are located at the main entrance to the DFO Centre.

These lockers are accessible during centre trading hours and the hire fee can be paid by credit card only. This facility is provided by SMART CARTE

Fees:

Medium lockers from $8 for 12 hours

Large lockers from $10 for 12 hours

There are two food courts at DFO Essendon offering customers many food choices. Whether you're after a quick bite, coffee and cake or a full meal, our food outlets have something to suit all tastes.

All of our toilet areas offer separate parents rooms with microwaves and change tables.

The customer service desk team located at main entrance will assist you ordering a Cab.

Pick up location will be taxi rank located on the left outside main entrance.
