We’ve been notified of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in team member who last worked at our Chiropedic store on Friday 24 July.

The team at the Chiropedic have followed the advice of the Department of Health and Human Services and have undertaken a deep clean and sanitisation of their store.

We’ve received no advice for the Department of Health and Human Services which indicates there was any risk to our customers or retail team members who visited the Chiropedic store on 24 July.

All team members who have been identified as having been in close contact with the affected team members have been contacted, will undergo testing and will self-isolate until they receive test results.

We want to assure you and your teams, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers and the broader community is always our priority and we are continuing to monitor and act upon recommendations from our federal and state health departments.

We’ve been notified of a confirmed case of COVID-19 in a team member who last worked at our Royal Doulton store on Tuesday 14 July.

The Royal Doulton team is working with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and we have received we have no indication from DHHS that there was any risk to our customers or retail team members who visited Royal Doulton on 14 July.

The Royal Doulton store is currently closed and has undergone sanitisation. Contact tracing has been completed to identify anyone who has come into close contact with this team member.

Since learning of the case DFO Essendon have also increased our cleaning roster, with additional focus on specific areas including handrails, toilets, door handles, sinks, change tables and parents’ rooms, as well as communal furniture throughout the centre. This will continue for the foreseeable future.
